  • The pre-paid value of Emperor Card is RMB10,000 and above; 
  • The Emperor Card is for personal use only and discounts are granted only upon presence of the Emperor Card. Please show your Card when paying the bill
  • Discounts do not apply to Alcohol and Tobacco
  • Discounts do not apply to Groups, Long-stays, Banquet Events, Wedding and Catering Service
  • Not be used in conjunction with any other promotion & discount
  • No cash withdrawal, cash advance, card is not refundable; and no interest on deposits
  • Any discount privileges will be deactivated if there is no left over balance in your card
  • The card holder should be liable for all transactions made with the card

 
  • The card holder has 15 days before the card expires to apply for an extension of the card's expiration. If the card holder does not apply for an extension or if there are no balance left in the card then the hotel has the right to cancel and void the card and all rights to the ownership and usage of the card will be revoked
  • The renewal period of the Emperor card is one year; each card can be extended once
  • For the loss of Emperor Card, please take the required documentation to the hotel to report the loss. The card holder can report the loss verbally first, if the card holder cannot make a written report in time then need to issue a written authorization to the hotel for processing within 2 days of the verbal notification. The card holder is responsible for the loss before the proper loss procedure is initiated; the replacement cost for an Emperor card is RMB100; the new card’s expiration date will be the same as the original one.
  • The hotel reserves the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions without any prior notice
